Offered by the Missouri Botanical Garden, Washington University in St. Louis , and the Midwest Renewable Energy Association , property owners throughout the City of St. Louis, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County may participate in this program to help pool their buying power to secure significant discounts that make installing solar more affordable.
