Playwright / Comics Writer / Stage Manager
Scott is a company member of Live Arts Theater in Charlottesville, Virginia, and a member of the Live Arts Playwrights Lab. He has served as the facilitator of the Lab for multiple calendar years. Scott has served as producer for “Locally Sourced”: the Playwrights’ Lab’s annual production of original short plays by Lab members.
In addition to being an accomplished stage manager, Scott is a locally-produced playwright. His short plays have been produced in “Locally Sourced” and in Whole Theatre’s “ 24/7 ”. His full-length play “Drift Wood” was workshopped and given a public reading in Live Arts’ “New Works on Fire” development workshop. His one-act play “Origin Story” was workshopped and given a public reading through Field Trip Theatre in Washington, D.C.
