On Fridays from 12-2pm we run a Foo dbank where a voucher can be redeemed for a three day emergency supply of food. More information about that can be found here . Call 029 2087 1071 for help to get a voucher or go to the Grangetown Hub/Library in Havelock Place, CF11 6PA.
We run separate classes for both men and women every Thursday and Friday from 10am-11.15am during the school terms. There is childcare available too. It is all free of charge.
