Go Workout offers a large selection of cardiovascular machines situated on the upper level overlooking the main workout floor. Our cardio area features treadmills, cross trainers, ellipticals, stair climbers, recumbent and upright bikes, upper body ergometer and cardiovascular entertainment.
Go Workout offers personal training programs by certified personal trainers. Get the help you need staying motivated and accomplishing your health and fitness goals. No matter what your current fitness level our personal trainers will design an exercise program that works for you!
