I established the Gouldin Law Office in 1998 in Oneonta, New York. It was my desire to create a law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service for the legal needs of all of my clients.
I was admitted as an attorney in the State of New York by the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, Third Judicial Department, in 1996. I started my professional career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Patrick D. Monserrate, a New York State Supreme Court Justice in Binghamton, New York. Upon completion of my clerkship for Judge Monserrate, I worked as a lawyer for several small law firms in the Southern Tier, gaining invaluable experience intended to permit me to establish my own firm.
