We specialize in providing peace of mind to those who own a property on the island and use it as a vacation rental through VRBO , Airbnb , or similar yet are not here to look after their property and/or guests. This is our Full Service Level Option , which includes maintenance and guest care on a 24 hour basis, for starters. We offer flat rates based on a property visit and short consultation.
In addition, we offer home watch services to islanders who visit their vacation home periodically and do not use it as a vacation rental. This is our Home Watch Service Level Option which includes maintenance and home watch among a multitude of other features.
