GOLD: 5/18/12 Higher close yesterday for gold futures again as it continues to look lower overall and nothing has changed that I can see after yesterday’s higher close. Gold settled sharply higher but the only techical changes that I can see are the lower highs streak ended yesterday. Th resistance area for gold is far above its present level as seen below.
