There are many approaches to massage therapy. I consider myself a deep tissue therapist, and enjoy the dance of a free flowing Swedish Massage. When using my hot stones they become an extention of my hands to help ease muscle tension and increase circulation. My work is guided by more of an intuitive touch, however, I like to work with my client on this journey. I encourage my clients to communicate the level of pressure that works for them.
