Born in 2016 inside of the hoppy gnome, gnometown brewing consisted of a 2bbl brew it yourself system. Fast forward 6 yrs and we’ve partnered up with our friends from landing beer co. and increased our production capacity to 12bbls, and moved into this beautiful new space on the landing. come on down, try a burger and wash it down with one of our 15 beers on tap!
We’ve taken the burger to the next level with our unique flavor combinations. Chef Mike and team spent roughly 1,673 hours tasting and perfecting what we think is the best burger around. Not in the mood for beef? No problem. We offer a variety of other sandwich and salad options to fit any dining palate.
