The ESA DUE GlobSnow-2 project is coming to an end. The GlobSnow-2 Final Report and the final Newsletter give an overview of the activities and accomplishments from the project. All the products generated during the GlobSnow-1/-2 projects will be disseminated on a permanent basis via the GlobSnow website and the FTP-server. The Near-Real Time services (providing NH SE & SWE data) will be kept operational for now (at least for the winter 2014-2015).
The ESA DUE GlobSnow-2 project has released Version 2.0 SE and SWE datasets for the Northern hemisphere, intended for climate research purposes. Direct data access: Snow Extent and Snow Water Equivalent . For FTP-access, please contact Dr. Kari Luojus (FMI).
