Description: Global Variations is a think tank in the field of interactions between geopolitics and innovation. We do work on the consequences of innovation on governance using a methodology based on cognitive sciences, with headquarters in Switzerland and branches in Paris and Seoul.
Global Variations is a think-tank working on interactions between geopolitics and innovation. It aims to provide prospective scenarios and documentation to public and private organizations and to individuals. The trademark of the GV approach is to rely upon knowledge in cognitive science and neuroscience. We will develop and share this new methodology to think about prospective scenarios. In fact, we believe that understanding how the brain and the mind work improves our understanding of the world.
Global Variations wants to build a web-based platform enabling academic, economic and public actors to meet and to work on common thematic of interests, providing diversification, network effect and innovative thinking, all from one platform. It gathers every year an influential world network called GV Nodes to launch upcoming year project and discuss actual world challenges.
GV is attending a lot of summits, forums and conventions in order to connect with different ideas and profiles. We are also consulting and interviewing a broad range of experts in order to receive comments and advices. We organize our own event and partner with other institutions who support our work.
