We are located in the Pacific Northwest in North America by the Columbia River and near the Wapato Basin that was carved by glaciers creating one of the largest lakes in the region, Lake Chelan .
In 2021 , we started a freeze drying facility for processing small runs (~200lbs per batch) of freeze dried products. However, it became too expensive to operate for the production volume of the facility, so we halted production in 2022. The expense and time for marketing was underestimated , our goal was to sell directly to consumers for greater efficiency , transparency and quality . The main product that we produced was freeze dried apples.
