Gîte de la Rivière is an attractive and spacious riverside holiday home, situated in the Charente department in France. The house is suitable for 4 (max 5) people and offers the comforts of home together with the appeal of old France. Although there is no swimming pool, swimming in the river Charente more than makes up for that.
The enclosed garden has the benefit of sun throughout the day, but with many areas of natural shade. The best of both worlds! Being beside the river there is always plenty of opportunity to spot some local wildlife, with the garden being perfect for some bird watching.
