Description: Following the success of the first hackathon, the GirlCode hackathon became an annual event, attracting more and more women each year; some who have never coded before in their lives.
With the GirlCode hackathon, taking place virtually from 20 to 22 November, we are championing female entrepreneurship, supporting innovative ideas and driving gender diversity in the start-up and technology industry. A total of 100 female talents have the chance to participate in this year’s event. The event will be held in English.
We cannot change the world in one fell swoop, but we can and must start. For example, in actively supporting and promoting (potential) female founders through formats like the hackathon.
