How It Works How it Works 1. Enable the GiftJoy skill If you're new to GiftJoy, click here to enable the Skill, or open the Amazon Alexa app on your smartphone, tap the menu icon and select "Skills". Then search for "GiftJoy" and tap "Enable".
To start, just say, "Alexa, open GiftJoy" or "Alexa, ask GiftJoy to send a gift card to..." You'll then be prompted for the rest of your order details.
