Hi, my name is Gian-Luca. I am a passionate musician and senior researcher at the HCI Lab at the University of St. Gallen. My research focuses on improving pedestrian and cyclist navigation through mobile technology. I love investigating human behaviour in the field and get my hands dirty. Also, if you ask yourself if Google Maps is making us stupid, please reach out to me. I'd love to talk to you. If I'm not engaging in navigation studies, I play punk rock drums as loud and fast as possible.
Research focus: Geo-HCI & Mobile interaction with a focus on pedestrian and bicycle navigation.
Study focus: Human-Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence. Final grade: 1.1
