Raised in Rome, Italy, I developed a passion for travel during my late teens. Since then, I have lived in Ghent, Lisbon, Santiago de Chile, San Francisco and Los Angeles, with brief stays in several other European cities. As a result, I have learned a few Romance languages and discovered which foods to avoid in various countries. In a distant past, I drove tractors, worked as an editor for online magazines, and produced numerous short videos.
