Masson had this to say about expression, success and maturing.
' I think what’s deemed as a high or low depends on the artist. I feel like any time I get to express myself through the music or videos I make with as much freedom as possible is a high. If lows mean lack of monetary success or poor crowds or whatever those things can dampen the joy. It depends on whether you are a goal setter and are out to be a success in other peoples eyes. You learn as you get older to not judge yourself as harshly as others might in terms of success. I like what I do. It’s a big bonus
