I am a realist and I recognise that time and money are not limitless. Juggling work, having a family and looking after yourself can be tough but I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals. No matter whether you’ve had a bad day at work or you’re feeling a little under the weather, some gentle exercise with me will relieve any stress, improve your fitness and increase your confidence.
