For too long women peacebuilders, activists, community-leaders, policy-makers, members of the security and defense forces, have been doing “arms control behind the curtain.” It’s time to change and harness the leadership of women leaders and allies for small arms control, conflict prevention, violence reduction, and sustainable development.
