I love that the cover is an illustration of the light-up kit project! It’s also very cool that the publisher is using this as an excuse to start their own dad-projects blog, tatageek.cz. Hope we’ll get to meet all sorts of geeky Czech dads!
Tom Heck is a great maker, and pulled off one of the best versions of the tethered balloon camera project from the first Geek Dad book that we’ve seen yet. WELL DONE SIR!
Finally, some foreign rights love for the newer books! The Russians have purchased rights to publish “The Geek Dad’s Guide to Weekend Fun,” and “The Geek Dad Book for Aspiring Mad Scientists,” on top of the already-in-the-works Russian version of “Geek Dad: Awesomely Geeky Projects and Activities for Dads and Kids to Share.” Spasiba!
