Since the announcement of the proposed casino at the Nassau Coliseum, the four Property Owners Associations have worked to provide timely information to village residents. The POAs held an information session with County Executive Blakeman and also held a special meeting where residents wrote more than 500 postcards to local officials opposing the proposed casino.
