Gary Farrelly (IE) is an Irish visual artist and educator based in Brussels researching on infrastructure, bureaucracy and architectures of power. Manifestations of the practice include drawings, documents, performances, installations, walking tours and a radio show. In recent years, the main engine of his practice is a bilateral duo called Office for Joint Administrative Intelligence with German artist Chris Dreier .
