"GOPABANDHU AYURVEDA MAHAVIDYALAYA, PURI” is one of the oldest and distinguished Ayurvedic Medical College of our Country. The Institution was established in the Year 1949. At first it was named as “Gopabandhu Ayurvedic Institute” and later on “Gopabandhu Ayurveda Vidyapitha, Puri” and again in the Year 1971 it was renamed as “GOPABANDHU AYURVEDA MAHAVIDYALAYA, PURI” . This Institute has been upgraded to the status of Model Institute of Govt. of India for its higher order academic activities and imparts tea
