Dear Supporter, We have some exciting news to share! After servicing the animals in need at Cleveland Animal Care & Control (CACC, aka City of Cleveland Kennel) since 2003, and later shifting our mission to include pets in the community, through both Canine Wellness Days and our Neighborhood Pets program, we have decided it is time for a change in order to meet the ever growing needs of the community.
Effective June 1 2020, Friends of the Cleveland Kennel (FOCK) is officially changing its name to Neighborhood Pets and will be focusing exclusively on growing our services to low-income, Cleveland pet owners. Additionally, the City of Cleveland Kennel will be supported by a new 501(c)3 nonprofit, Friends of CITY DOGS Cleveland.
As a highly valued supporter of Friends of the Cleveland Kennel, the trust you have placed in us has been invaluable. As we take this these next steps for the non-profit, know there has been no change in the quality of the work we do, or the leadership that drives it.
