A fter receiving degrees from Colgate, Rutgers Law (Law Review, top 10% of class) and NYU (LLM Taxation), Fred clerked for the Appellate Division and Supreme Court, served as NJ deputy attorney general-special projects, w/emphasis on 3 judge federal constitutional challenges, was a staff writer for the NJ Rules of Evidence Commission, then 40 years ago settled into private practice, concentrating on complex commercial real estate transactions and business litigation in NJ & NY.
H e has lectured on commercial leasing and evidence, published articles of interest to the legal community, participated in many reported decisions, serves on corporate and bank advisory boards, is Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV rated for 20 consecutive years, and has received designation as a “Super Lawyer”.
