Due to the high number of “no shows”, we have instituted a $25 “no show” fee , unless the scheduled appointment is cancelled 24 hours ahead of time. Demand for patient care is high; missed appointments waste staff’s valuable time and could have been filled by a sick or injured pet. Please be considerate to not only our staff, but your fellow pet owners as well.
