We selected the name “ Fortius Press ” as the most appropriate name for our website. As avid sport and fitness enthusiasts, we have devoted our academic careers to study the interrelationships among sports activities and how the body functions when performing thousands of simple and complex muscular movements during hundreds of diverse muscular functions, intensities, and durations under varied environmental conditions.
