The purpose of this site is to promote community food-buying clubs. When I first joined a food-buying club in Alsea, Oregon, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. I never knew such a thing existed.
I decided to use my programming skills to contribute back to the people who started it and made it work, and to help this great idea spread. I have written internet software that makes the administrative and organizational tasks of running a food-buying club (co-op) very simple.
