I am a Doctoral candidate at the University of Amsterdam , working with Prof. Cees Snoek . I completed my masters in computer science at the University of Bonn . My area of interest is Video Understanding and Data Efficient Action Recognition. I am particularly interested in self-supervised learning and knowledge transfer for different video modalities.

My area of interest is Video Understanding, with my PhD thesis (which you can find here ) focussing on Video-Efficient Foundation Models. I am particularly interested in training foundation models via self-supervised learning from multiple modalities of the video data.
