A flourishing world
Flourishing emerges from the positive confluence of beneficial processes among people and their communities, organizations, regional ecologies, and societal economics. We envisions a large-scale business transition toward sustainment and principled economic values. We can meaningfully realize the goals of flourishing over time by rethinking prosperity beyond profit, responsive ecological stewardship, and pro-cultural social evolution.
The FEI working group in the Toronto academic and business community has co-created and promoted the science, tools, and movement for strong sustainability or flourishing businesses and public organizations. The Flourishing Enterprise Institute represents a collective effort to effect organizational, policy, and industry-wide change toward the telos of flourishing.
