Fitness Physiotherapy meets all of your physiotherapy healthcare needs. Our team of licensed physiotherapists are here to help you manage all of your musculoskeletal pains and sports injuries. We threat all injuries from the jaw and head to the foot. Many of our staff are also certified acupuncturists, as well as licensed and trained Stott ® Pilates instructors, trained manual therapists, certified Feldenkrais® practitioners, and trained craniosacral therapists.
We also offer a rehabilitation exercise program, which includes a fully equipped Pilates Studio and the Stott Core Conditioning Method. At Fitness Physiotherapy we also treat chronic and acute pain associated with sports injuries with performance enhancement techniques such as Foot Orthotics as well as Injury Care and Education. Therapists at Fitness Physiotherapy also train in the management of Migraine treatment, Fibromyalgia, Bio-Mechanic Retraining and Ergonomic Re-education.
