Description: The Finis Welch Foundation was formed from a desire to promote the importance and value of education, and the impact it can have on individual lives.
The Finis Welch Foundation was established in 2012 to provide college Scholarships to high achieving Texas students who can demonstrate financial need. The foundation reflects Finis’ lifelong commitment to education.
Lara was named the Finis Welch Foundation Executive Director and President in March 2022. She was an original board member of the Foundation working closely with the founder, Finis Welch, in the creation and management of the Foundation from its inception in 2011.
Lacey was named the Finis Welch Foundation’s Scholarship Program & Communications Director in March of 2022.
