As of April 2020 the minimum wage for apprentices is £4.15 this is for their first year of training. After this you must pay a minimum in line with the governement requirements on apprentice wages .
The training requirement varies depending on the apprenticeships you offer. The minimum standard for apprentice training is 12 months, however training can last up to 5 years.
