We are pleased to bring forward proposals for a new shared-living scheme on Ilderton Road, which will be the first of its kind in the London Borough of Southwark. The proposals will comprise 118 affordable homes ( 40% of the residential habitable rooms ), 610 shared living studios, new retail, leisure, commercial, affordable workspaces and community spaces and will range from 3-28 storeys.
