Investments: We invest in early stage ventures in service industries. Our conviction is simple: high performance businesses are built on deep industry expertise. It is why we limit our own investment scope and it is what we look for in ideas and entrepreneurs.
Businesses: We favour domain over conceptual knowledge. This is why we screen investment opportunities for competitive advantages generated through insights, which only work and experience in the relevant industry can bring. Knowledge of general trends and management tools is in abundant supply and hence not worth much when competing.
Entrepreneurs: For us it is decision-making rather than decision-analysis which drives impact and results. We appreciate that making decisions involves uncertainties, trade-offs and consequences.
