When Alicia Pence started Family Outreach Community Center in 2010 she probably never realized how much the need would increase in the future, and the impact it would make on so many people. She wasn’t thinking of an international pandemic hitting our world.
In 2018 many of you gave to her memorial. The Board of Directors of Family Outreach Community Center has agreed to invest Alicia‘s memorial money in an endowment fund with The Moline Foundation . By doing this, we are saying we are here for the long run, that this is the best way to utilize her memorial money. We will be creating the long-term economic development of FOCC.
