Pat Iyer is the president of The Pat Iyer Group. While working with a group of staff development nursing educators in Trenton NJ in 1985, Pat and 2 other nurse educators collaborated to create a self-learning module about the nursing process. A publisher expressed interest in working with the trio to turn the material into a book. “Nursing Process and Nursing Diagnosis” in 1986 changed Pat’s life forever. She used the book to show her credibility in nursing matters, and began reviewing cases as a medical su
