“The view of Manhattan just transfixes you when you walk into the space,” says Downing, the fashion director at Neiman Marcus, who was invited to decorate the 1,464-square-foot, two-bedroom, two and a half bath model home. “I wanted as much of that view to come into the space as possible.”
