Description: The Exeter Township Volunteer Fire Department (ETVFD) was established in January 2009 by the consolidation of the Reiffton Fire Company and Stonersville Fire Company. ETVFD is located in Exeter Township, Berks County, two miles east of the City of Reading and fifty miles northwest of the City of Philadelphia. We are dedicated to protecting the life and property of the residents of Exeter Township and St. Lawrence Borough.

The ETVFD brought on several new members in the last twelve months. Those members are working on obtaining the national firefighter certification through training at the Berks Fire Training Center.
