Home Welcome to the Executive Safety Exchange The Executive Safety Exchange (ESE), first established by SafetyWorks Consulting in early 2015, is a peer-to-peer, member-led network designed and created to provide a platform for organisational leaders (Executive & Non-Executive Directors) to share their knowledge and thoughts on leading health, safety and wellbeing in their respective industries.
Current members of the ESE are from organisations with very different risk profiles and issues. However, what they have in common is a maturing safety culture and a focus on continuing to improve and lead in this area.
ESE events give members the opportunity to network with like-minded peers and to share what theya re doing well and what they are seeking to improve in their roles as safety leaders.
