EWEPA XVII will take place in the beautiful city of Porto in the equally beautiful country of Portugal! It continues a successful path of Efficiency and Productivity Analysis Workshops, that started in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, in 1989 and moved along Europe up to the multicultural city of London in the last two editions (2017 and 2019).
EWEPA is the leading biennial conference devoted to the methodology and application of productivity, efficiency and performance analysis of firms, public services and industries, joining academics and practitioners from all continents. The event will include plenary sessions, regular parallel sessions, thematic parallel sessions, and also special sessions for PHD students whose papers will be discussed by a senior researcher.
We welcome submissions of methodology and application papers concerned with the issues of measurement, understanding, incentivising and improving the performance of organisations in different sectors. Details on submissions will appear soon. In 2024 EWEPA will also be held in Portugal, but this time in the beautiful city of Faro in the South of the country.
