Ewart Road Housing Co-operative ( ERHC ) is a Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) and managing agent for the Ewart Road housing estate in the Forest Hill area of the London Borough of Lewisham in the UK . We also manage Ewart Community Hall , which serves the estate and surrounding area. The Ewart Road Estate has 253 flats and houses, and takes its name from one of the estate’s six streets. We manage it on behalf of Lewisham Council . The co-op is registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Soc
