In 2017, EveryDistrict was founded to flip state legislative districts and state legislatures blue. Since our founding, EveryDistrict raised over $3.5 million for over 250 state legislative campaigns in 12 states. Our work helped to flip the Virginia legislature in 2019, the Michigan legislature in 2022, and the Pennsylvania State House in 2022, in addition to electing dozens of new Democratic lawmakers in other battleground states.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank each of you for playing a part in that success, whether you donated, fundraised, volunteered, or stepped up to run for office.
As of April 2023, EveryDistrict has closed our operations. As we close, we know we leave state legislative campaigns in good hands thanks to our partners like Sister District , The States Project , Swing Left , and Run for Something who will continue to support legislative candidates.
