A global pandemic could only stop us for so long. Sometimes done is better than perfect. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our friends and family, so we kept the ceremony small, short, sweet, and to the point. As you may know, we had already moved our original wedding date once from June, but as that second date approached we found out from our venue that even our second date of October 2020 would not be an option. With the luxury of patience, we will continue to check the latest federal, state, and local guidance from reputable experts as we decide what our celebration will look like. We'll be considering the health and safety of our guests above all in a post-pandemic world. We're confident that we can still find a way to celebrate our love with our guests eventually.
Once the stay-at-home orders are consistnetly lifted across Illinois, California, and especially Utah, we'll be slowly and safely resuming our wedding celebration planning activities. Once we feel safe enough to travel back to Utah, we will be traveling down to re-start the process. Our guests should expect to hear a confirmed plan along with formal invitations as soon as we feel comfortable.
