The Missouri Senate overwhelmingly approved the companion Bill that authorizes the Expansion of the Missouri Returning Heroes Education Act. In addition, the unanimously approved Bill enables family members of active duty service members to qualify for in-state tuition, waiving the normal residency requirements.
