As an international media company, the Ringier Group uses its journalistic and technological power to promote equality of women and men. Publisher Michael Ringier and Ringier CEO Marc Walder preside over the initiative, which was initiated in November 2019 by Ringier CFO Annabella Bassler and co-founded by Katia Murmann. The aim is to make women more visible in media coverage and give them an equal voice. The core of the initiative is the EqualVoice Factor.
The EqualVoice Summit The second EqualVoice Summit organised by Ringier was held under the motto “The Power of Images” and once again met with great interest from 250 top executives from the international business, film and media worlds.
