The Company was incorporated on 11th April 1959 under the Companies Act, 1956 and has its Registered Office at Express Garden, 29 Second Main Road, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai 600 058. Shri. Manoj Kumar Sonthalia, grandson of Late Shri Ramnath Goenka is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.
