ENVIROSPRAY 300 (E300) is an all Australian acoustic insulation and thermal spray applied coating that may be installed to any stable substrate. Typically, E300 would be applied to the underside of concrete slabs, metal roofs, plasterboard / gypsum board ceilings / timber floors.
ENVIROSPRAY 300 is manufactured to strict quality guidelines in Australia and Thailand and shipped worldwide in 12 kg PE bags to global sites – primarily in South East Asia / UAE / India / Australia. On site, E300 is blend mixed in a 2-part spray gun, under high pneumatic pressure, with formulated PVA and sprayed up to 100mm thick, to the underside of concrete slabs, roofs, walls & ceilings – as a final visual finish, which is monolithic in nature and a plush pile carpet like texture.
ENVIROSPRAY 300 is a natural insulation made from natural cellulose fibres and has 80% recycled content and ultra-low VOC. E300 insulation system is manufactured in two virgin colours – “Steel Grey” & “Off White”. Both colours may be dyed on site to obtain specific hues – the most popular being Jet Black & Charcoal.
