ENTERPRISE is a collaborative experiment between the architecture bureau June 14 Meyer-Grohbrügge & Chermayeff and Joanna Kamm.
ENTERPRISE seeks and produces energy without expectations. We have no answers to our crisis but we’re taking our curiosity seriously enough to start looking for new convictions. It addresses the nervous acceleration in our time with optimism and reacts to our general exhaustion. The continuous overflow of attractions and expectations, generated by economic interests, requires that we make a new space, physical and otherwise, where we can ask existential questions about ourselves, and how we want to live.
ENTERPRISE is the ‘architecture of the crisis’. not a ‘crisis of architecture’. It starts as a dialogue and regenerative process opposing exhaustion with energy.
